Reps: Perform 10 Reps of each exercise
Sets: Perform Circuit as many times as possible in 10 mins
Rest: Minimal Between Circuits
A: Kettlebell Snatch (10 Reps)
B: Kettlebell Clean (10 Reps)
C: Kettlebell 1-Hand Swing (10 Reps)
D: Burpees (10 Reps)
Record your total number of circuits and try to beat it each time you workout.
