I'll take your comment in stride (because you're just a kid) and explain it to you. Short answer...no. Commercial crafts do not do this.
It is just not advisable to do so because it is a federal crime. There is little if any risk of blinding a pilot. Temporary flash blindness, yes. You can find this information on Pangolin's website. w w w . pangolin . c o m
No such laser will do that. Red, green, blue or otherwise. A missile lock is done with radar and nothing else.

I have a 1-watt 445nm. hand-held laser but I want a 473 nm !!! 445 is more like indigo/violet ... 473 is the real deal blue laser ...

i got my 80mw blue laser in my eye frm up close for about 0.2 secs im guessing and that did permanent damage.

It will feel much like the noon hour sun burning though a magnifying glass. Your "pull away" reflex will engage long before long term damage is done.
