I think this was the year when Quo also played Donnington...or maybe not. Anyway I remember the Donnington gig. Why? My brother was in charge of the box office and he got me a backstage pass.....oh yes.

@6wrench9 no Kirschner wasn´t in quo in 72, but he was in 84 . If you under the video you can see it was recorded in 84. But Big Fat Mama is on the Piledriver album from 1972 :-)

Pete Kircher, nice chap that i guess he is, was probally the most boring drummer Quo ever had. Should have got Jeff Rich in to replace Spud!!

This live version is from 1984. The original version of 'big Fat Mama' was recorded in 1972, and it is the year that the song was recorded that I always use in the video title.
