@talenachantale hi there, what kind of exercise do you do? be careful doing aerobic exercise classes and lots of treadmill... this will get you chunky.

i have really huge calves, i don't run that much. but i'm really fast. i'm a male 15 yrs i just want skinnier legs what should i do

@trainsexy Just read this comment and can relate. My legs are "chuncky" with lots of muscle. So I have big legs because of both extra muscle and some fat. So how do I tone my legs down without bulking the muscle up even more?

@mehotboy100 hi there... are they too fat or too chunky? chunky meaning you have a lot of muscle there which probably means there is probably a bio mechanical problem making your calves overwork.

what if you have the opposite issue? i cannot get my legs to go down in circumference with whatever toning and training. i can get them tight and firm, but they dont show much length....
my lower legs are too fat...any solution for this ?

@mehotboy100 get your hips to work in all three planes... this will take the pressure of the calves working so much.... and becoming out of proportion.

@mehotboy100 ... work on improving your digestion and metabolism. this means lowering stress levels in the body, eating healthy food and helping your liver work well. Fat is a signal that your body chemistry and hormonal system is not working efficiently.... but dont worry you can do something about it. Rob
