I have a small retarded patch also. For years I thought my hair was damaged in that area until I realized that the hair was just a different texture in that area.

Definitely have the same patch right in the middle. I always have to add more moisture n styler to get it curly

i don't think that patch is damage from relaxers from the past. i think its just that everyone has a part in their hair that is course or extremely frizzy hair. you just have to do more manipulation
