Started in 1998, Mister Handsome Man is a survey conducted by Cardinal Bitch via voting inside the chatrooms, networking service and tagboards. The title is given to the deserving man who has exemplary beauty and charisma that is above from anyone else. Every September 2, Cardinal Bitch closes the polls and announces the lucky man who will become internet favorite, that is, Mister Handsome Man of the Year.
As of 2008, there are already 11 titleholders of Mister Handsome Man of the Year. They are:
