well the card isnt horrible but its by no means a "GAMING" card im gonna give it to my mom so she can have it in her new HP she plays 2d puzzle games and crap, i mean its good for light gaming but obviously your not gonna be playing in 1080p or anything but as a backup card i can live with it.

yes, youre right. it is about core clock. and literally 10min ago i OC'd my fx6200 to 450MHz core clock & 700MHz memory bus. lolzorz

memory isn't everything buddy, think about its core clock, its shader clock, etc. this card is bad and is not future-proof and cannot play anything today very good, maybe on low with a very low resolution it can. it's a decent card for 2004-some 2006 games but if you can be bothered to spend money on this card you might as well upgrade. if you spent $50 on a 6200, i feel bad for you, shouldve gotten an 8600.

oh yeah, by the way, my card cost about $50, so how bout i buy another for another 50 and SLI them and overclock your $200 8800 can kiss my ass. :P

LOL since when is 256mb DDR2 horrible? i run this with only 512mb DDR RAM & a 2.96GHz celeron and i can play F.E.A.R. on full with no lag.
