The final of 5 short videos shows the do-it-yourselfers how to remove wallpaper using the best and time tested methods by an experience painter and wallpaperer.
Thanks for the great tutorial! The previous owners told me they had worked relentlessly to romove "all" the wallpaper, only to find one day when I went into a room, a bulge going across the middle of the room... It was wallpaper, they had put up over the original 1960's wallpaper and painted. I worked and worked to get it off and finally put it on hold... This tutorial has renewed my confidence, and I'm excited to start again... Thanks!!! Now have anything for drywall repair?
Thanks for the how-to video! About to do a little project, my bathroom. The wallpaper started to peel easily, but I think I may be pulling off the top layer of dry wall. Was told the walls were in bad shape from when the first time wallpaper was put up, that is why wallpaper was still being used. Hope that;s not entirely true since I really want to use paint. Thanks again!
Thanks very much. I have used a tiger's paw and the results were as you describe. Your video, with it's stress on patience and systematic work is great.
I am inspired to work on wallpaper I have been tired of looking at for years.
All the best to you, and hope your business is a great success, you deserve a lot of credit for helping a lot of people.
Thank you for taking the time to make this video. I can tell that you are a professional painter and have had a lot of field experience. This is by far the best advice of any of the videos that have been posted on youtube.
I appreciate that you made this video. I'm a pro painter and found it to be very informative. I often tell people that the proof is in the pudding, and you've just shown the pudding!
Just watched your video and I'm going to tackle the wallpaper in the house I just purchased. I'll let you know how your technique worked for me. Thank you for the info!!!
