I have this one, comfortable ang good enough, But the new 2010 model NC800 with four mic sensor matches the Bose QC15's noise canceling superiority, but the Denon NC800 edges the Bose with its MP3 Restorer. Remember that MP3 sounds dull coz its a downgraded version of CD which lacks fidelity. Denons earpads are very soft, compliant and very comfortable than Bose's
