1.Wide Grip, Hands facing away Pullups/ up to 12 Reps in 3 sets (only if you can do so much)
2.Dumbell Pulls, straight Back and bent forward/ 10-12 reps in 3 sets
Both twice a week!

  • After saying your back should be straight you make God daym sure your back is straight when showing how to perform the exercise lol

  • @NightLifeNinja1 i have an hypermobile joint in my back which causes that i cant flex as far as normal...

    this is an very common problem of handball players...

  • look straight and concentrate on stretching your back, this will give better results - great vid mate :)

  • @ALitleWanabeBB mate, you start off with low weight. that's what happens to me, i stopped for 2 months because of college which ive finished now and then pretty much had to start all over again yes, i had shit diet and yet i ate like hardly anything.. what im trying to say is it dont matter where you are at. if you have pull up bar do as many as you can on pull ups not the wide grip just normal and chin ups, when you cant do much more do a reverse negative with a chair and rows you will GROW.
