If you hold it with left hand on the front grip, the mag rests across your left forearm and is much more comfortable. I ran three of these from 1987 to 1996, and prefered to fire them in this manner.

Again, hold the SMG by the magazine. Not by the front grip.

The SMG-60 are more common than the SMG-68's. In my opinion if it is a 68 and it works than the $400 price is good, but if it is a 60 the price is a little high unless it has accessories.
