Ok so I had too much time, here's a vid about how to get into some unusual places in Undercity. No exploits but you probably need to be an engineer and use rocket boots for longer jumps.
Items used here: Rocket Boots Xtreme Lite(very long jump), Nitro Boosts(long jumps), Springy Arachnoweave(slow fall), Demonic Circle (warlock teleport, to recover from failed jumps).
