Cannot be compared to the original. It's not about the voice, it's just that all that emotion that Sam Brown put in this song is missing in Jamelia's version.

@kyso1 loool I agree sam is better... but it's more like a question of taste.. but hey!! sam has 8 octave range?? not even mariah has it haha... there's nobody on earth with 8 octaves :D...

@kyso1 I've heard them both and my opinion stands. Great for her to have that range, but her version is not better. It's just as good.

@BCSN24 Sam is good but not better??? Are you for real? Sam Brown has an operatic 8 octive range and was wildly regarded as having one of the greatest high falsetto and blues toned voice of her era. Jamelia certainly does not end of story. Understand music of ALL generations before thinking you can make comparisons
