a short vid to show how our internal fluid reservoir is made.
20mm thick acylic, glued ( chemically welded) with solvent.
make your own or let us make one for you to your specification for your dry cell.....

  • Nice! Do these ever crack when the big holes are being tapped? could b an idea to tap them before they are bonded together. I was thinking a better config may be the left side and right side of reservoirin series, perhaps a total of 5 reservoirs in-between the config rather than some of the neutral cells, also on the plate a square hole that go's just upto the gasket creating a chanell. round venting holes trap a fair amount of gas, gas pockets will lower electrolyte level restricting production

  • what size hole it for in takes for water and what side thread u use for it

  • Have you carried out any more mpg tests yet ? + lpm ,amps n voltage.
