2007 Toyota Yaris S Sedan doing 400,000 Miles in 3 Years 6 Months without any major mechanical problems.

Regular Maintenance:
1. Denso Iridium Spark Plugs ever 50k miles
2. OEM Drive Belt every 50k miles
3. OEM Oil Filter ever 5k miles
4. Any Synthetic Oil or Regular Oil with an Oil Stabilizer every 5k miles
5. Battery every year

i have a 2002 Echo with 842,000km on it...original engine and its the same one as your Yaris.

@MrRichierich1990 You could, if you maintain it regularly and don't neglect it. Change oil and other fluid regularly. As soon as you detect it problem, take care of it ASAP because one problem could lead to other problems.
