As an American in living in Europe since 1996, Steyn is spot on. Western European women are simply not reproducing at even a replacement rate (acception Ireland... 2.1 IIRC). Loose immigration policy and fat welfare benefits draw loads of undocumented illegals.  UK is the probalby the worst.
