Vonage review

Freaking unreal bought vonage and had nothing but problems and then had to pay to get rid of it. So here is my review , I dont think they will want the modem back :)

Vonage Suck! I don't recommend it to anyone. I had it for about 4 months now, and the service is so bad, so terrible, that I have called customer service 47 times in that 4 months period, Can you believe it!? Too many service interruptions. The first 2 weeks everything was great, and then the quality of phone service was so choppy that you can't have a conversation with anyone. If you considering in getting Vonage, I can guarantee you, YOU WILL REGRET IT! So what I did, I canceled my service.

Got a major problem with Vonage. Your customer service agents are taught to LIE TO CUSTOMERS! I called Several Times, and asked where the agents were physically located, and they claimed "Holmdel NJ". When I pressed further, asking simple questions like who is the mayor of Holmdel, they were

well done buddy, and nop, you are right my experience it is worst, actually the still charging to my credit card !!!!. I dont know what to do to be sucesfull on cancelation..maybe a lawyer? I;m thinking on it... I mean i will spend probably 2 or 3 thousand but i dont care if this stopp this rob, abuse, and I;m sure that;m going to make vonage spend some money too... please some has more ideas / tips?
