I love Artichokes! They have been proven to be one of the best Vegetables for you too. I must watch more of these! ...in Texas we have the Armadillo LOL

Artichokes are pretty great. I love the ones in jars best because then you don't have to get prickles in your fingers from tearing the whole thing apart just so you can get a teeny tiny bit of edible stuff!

I probably should! Especially since most of the savoury vegetables I mention are actually/also fruits (vegetable is just a culinary term!)
