  • Actually, the tortellini are cooked WRONG! The original recipe, from Modena, where tortellini were born (also Pavarotti was, but that's another story - though I'm sure Pavarotti did use to enjoy tortellini a lot), is with broth. Alternatively, you can enjoy them with cream and a mountain of grated parmesan.

  • @megarogerish As this program is a version for German TV I can't understand your confusion. Why would it be in English? Germans are used to dubs and why not? It's convenient.
