SI Joint Pain is described as pain in the lower portion of the back and hip. It may radiate out to the buttocks and lower back. In some cases it travels down the legs.

Research is still out on whether the pain comes from the joint surfaces or from the ligaments that hold the joint together. The area is rich in nerve endings, and therefore any inflammation or injury to this area results in pain.

KT Tape provides support to the SI joint and alleviates pressure on the nerves in this region. Pain relief is felt immediately and continues to improve with use.

  • Im having problems in my lower back in the section where my right dimple is located and some ways to the right, So pretty much where my thoracolumbar fascia and I guess you can say my lower sacrospinalis meet. Is there any applications for that and if so can you post a video of it. I play soccer and I believe it's part of how I run, or how I kick.

  • @RAP2106 We have a new lower back pain video that we'll post within a week that would be perfect. Subscribe to our channel so you get an alert when we post it and let us know how it works. thx

  • where can i buy it? I'm from Russia

  • @Superdopod email us at sales at kttape dot com for local options there.

  • I see beige tape also, for sacroiliac do I need two strips?

  • @haintblue The colors are purely for aesthetic purposes- you can use beige or pink or any of the colors of tape- they are the same size and elasticity. Check out the KT Tape website to see our new team colors- just released!

  • @LumosInc Thanks alot!! I'm really looking foward to it. And would there be anyway to apply it without a partner, Because that would be great for me.
