this knife disarm is really garbage to. if you wouldn't try it with a live knife, don't teach it. Me n my bud chris, have tried it. We didn't get to crazy though. our forarms and fingers did get tiny cuts though. nothen serious. it would have been if we were being serious and really going fast. know what i mean.

If a guy knows how to use a knife, and doesn't use the convenient long, slow stab or slash, with a high arc, your getting cut up. I'v been into self defense for a long time. have tried every lil excersise. It's very easy to disarm a knife after you'v done the standard, quickest thing 500 times. It's imposible when he really comes at you with it though and isn't nice. mayby we'v just got too good with the markers. i dunno.

@noxiousnirvana You can sue yourselfe when you get killed because you didnt try to defend yourselfe.
