I worked at Mervyn's part time when all this crap happened. There were 4 ladies who worked there for over 20 years and another who was there for 30 years. They got totally cheated of out their retirement and vacation money. This is all about corporate greed and it is ruining this country. These companies get bail outs and waste tax money buying a toilet with legs and shit like that. It's the average man and woman who are just trying to survive who really suffer.

From what I read, the Hedge Fund(s) took on more Debt to pay themselves and forced the Company to pay Higher than Market Rents that they put in their Pockets.
