Answering your question from 0:47, Ant and Dec said to their director person (Kate Thornton) that they don't want to be PJ and Duncan anymore, so they got told to go and change their image, so Ant shaved his head, and Dec WAS going to dye his hair blond, but he dyed it ginger instead.

@xxgymbymxx In a interview on Loose Women, the guys stated that they were trying to change their image from PJ and Duncan to Ant & Dec. Dec planned to dye is hair blonde. When it was finished it turned out "ginger" as Dec stated.
