Repairing Plaster - Andy Bell of Handyman Matters takes us to the Historical Molly Brown House in Denver to talk about restoring plaster in historical houses. First what needs to happen is the crack or split needs to be cleaned out and then apply a bond to the existing plaster called Plaster Weld, this will keep the old plaster connected to the new. Put in the new plaster and before it can be painted over the plaster needs to set for 30 days.
