Paciente que acude a su control de embarazo el día 24 de Noviembre de 2008.Es su segundo embarazo.Cuenta con 22 años de edad con una fecha del primer día de su última menstruación normal de aproximadamente 10 de Abril de 2008 que en el control del embarazo anterior (hace 1 mes) presentaba dolor en la cadera derecha, dolo de cabeza y rinitis alérgica. El dolor de cadera y de cabeza ya calmaron pero persiste la 'rinitis alérgica' que aumenta en la noche y al levantarse en la mañana de color transparente y no amarillo.
Su fecha probable de parto, según otro consultorio médico es el día 22 de enero de 2009 .Según su fecha de última menstruación normal, tiene 32 semanas de gestación.
La frecuencia Cardiaca del feto se encuentra en 136 latidos por minuto y no se visuliza 'circular del cordón umbilical. Al examen con el ecógrafo, se observa un Diámetro Biparietal (DBP) de 86.8 milímetros, longitud del Fému (LF)r de 57.9 y Circunferencia Abdominal (CA) de 260.9 milímetros.
La posición del feto es transversal con el cráneo hacia la derecha y el dorso o columna vertebral superior.
La placenta se mantiene en posición anterior (placenta previa)
Finalmente medimos el ' Pozo Amniótico' en 36.9 mms y observamos el sexo masculino del feto.
