@ricardo530696 No offense, but if you cant do a pullup you would probably be better suited by an easier program until you work up to this. This routine is meant to get strong people stronger.

uhm i have a question whenever i do waist workout my tummy comes out but if i try to hold it so it won't come out i can't do the workout properly ..do you think it's just ok that it comes out do you think im still going trim my waits?

@mrPersonahlity0003 just do the workout naturally, your fats are separated from your muscles so i suggest you do some cardio workouts before doing this one :)
