  • uhm i have a question whenever i do waist workout my tummy comes out but if i try to hold it so it won't come out i can't do the workout properly ..do you think it's just ok that it comes out do you think im still going trim my waits?

  • @mrPersonahlity0003 just do the workout naturally, your fats are separated from your muscles so i suggest you do some cardio workouts before doing this one :)

  • This is the original 300 workout that you see countless videos on that everyone thinks is somehow connected to the movie 300 and it has hardly any views and no comments?

  • @ricardo530696 No offense, but if you cant do a pullup you would probably be better suited by an easier program until you work up to this. This routine is meant to get strong people stronger.

  • @ricardo530696 you also can use the pullup machine or some resistance bands as well
