i like using the first straight up and down motion as a nice warm up. It loosens up my knees and back before i go into heavier lunges, squats and/or deadlifts
if someone can't pick up a 7 kg med ball and twist with it they should check into the nearest hospital, this stuff is way basic and super easy...Just a step up from sleeping for an athlete, but what with the decor ha ha
OMFG who this guy can do this??? He could at least read just a litle about LOW BACK PAIN. STOP DOING THOSE ROTATIONAL MOVIMENTS with weight. U can injury someone with LBP.
These are conditioning exercises.

inappropriate place for the conditioning exercises. it would be better if you add weights on the ball.
