How can we call ourself human if we allow these things to happen? It is wrong to abuse an animal and I think we can all agree on that. Guess what? It is just as wrong to abuse people!

Poor fellow, in this instance he was being persecuted! I take it that ragging is considered to be the same thing as hazing, and that it is not just teasing although by saying that I don't mean to say that it is any less hurtful.
