XBMC for Windows

Windows port of XBMC. Still bit buggy and crashes easily. Video came bit choppy but that's Camstudio's fault.

XBMC features media library for video and music, internet data retrieval (i.e. plot from IMDb, CD tracknames etc from freedb), web interface, ftp server, integrated RSS reader and shitload more. That coverflow-like album view is AFAIK new feature in the Win32 port.

Well, this has codecs built-in and also it can play DVDs from iages (.iso) and featurewise this beats MCE easily.

Old videocard drivers? Run dxdiag to chech for any errors (win+R -> dxdiag -> enter)

I don't understand the point of running this program on Windows. It serves no purpose whatsoever.

It is designed to run in full screen all the time. If you want to minimize ir, press Win + D. I don't know about your plugin problem.

anybody know how to minimize this programme instead of full screen all the time?

I cant download the plug ins either. "error" msg appears on install stage. Any ideas? appreciated
