  • I like that idea. When I think of pancake I think of syrup. Can this be eaten with that or is it just a finger food type snack?

  • this would make a great complete meal for breakfat or brunch if you were to spread non-fat plain yogurt cheese with splenda added for flavor and sliced mixed berries, then rolled up like a crepe.

If you don't know how to make the yogurt cheese, let me know and i'll send the instructions to you guys, it's very simple.

  • forgot to mention i add all 3 ingredients to the blender and comes out very much like a pancake when cooked.

  • love this recipe and make it often.. yum. hot or cold its great. Thanks Lauren!!

  • Do these taste "eggy" at all? I know eggs are an amazing source of protein, but I just can't handle the taste of eggs - Lord knows I've tried! Haha :-)

  • Hello!!!

One quick question, would you say the Instant Carnation Breakfast Essentials Drink in Rich milk choc, the one with no sugar added, is a good and healthy breakfast?

  • are they supposed to taste a little bit more moist than if you use regular flour? I make cakes, cookies, and pancakes with oatmeal instead of flour and they taste a little more moist no matter how much time I cooked them for.

  • If you can't but Egg in a carton. How many fresh egg whites should i use?

  • Very Very Healthy, thats for sure. I got to get used to it, but its not bad. how manuy calories? its actually pretty big.

  • What about sugar free syrup for the topping?
