  • Brings back so many great memories - with so many good times to come as I hear that solid moog...

  • Have just resurrected this after ... too long! Brilliant! Always loved his voice! So sexy!

  • Let's keep it simple - isn't it just a lovely album - always been one of my favourites...

  • Great memories on this one!!!

  • why did i always think this was fernando saunders singing? weird. just checked the album liner, and it says tony smith lead vocals. WTF.

  • @cfdk14 oh hell yeah.....love it too

  • i have nearly 3K CDs, 3K LPs, and 100,000 songs on my RAID drive and this ... is my favorite song

  • My goodness!I've loved this song (the whole Oh Yeah! album is brilliant) but I never realized how much it sounds like Stevie Wonder in the melodic sections;that ARP synthesizer burble and the melodic structure.

  • @myownservant;

    Basically because vocalists are not considered musicians.

    Most singers you can think of would simply shit their pants if they walked into a studio filled with musicians of this caliber and were asked to perform with this level of musicianship.

    Conversely, good musicians don't give much weight to what pop culture considers good vocals -- to us that's just fluff.
