i like this episode because it shows the versatility that our countries have and showing that our restaurants have authentic and traditional meals makes people feel comfortable to eat here and not be worried about getting shit modernised food that someones ruined. but i still do also think that he should have shown alot more australian cuisine based kitchens and chefs. the gay asain guy is funny and id learn from him any day of the week
