Wow, this has really made me think. If I do the lottery I normally get a lucky dip, when I hand it in I just ask them to check it, not knowing if I have/haven't won :o I should check the numbers myself from now on...

At KGP8, none of us has any direct knowledge of the japanese case. Which means that implying they received a longer sentence because of race it's totally absurd. Maybe he lied, maybe he tried to fight the charges, we don't know.
