XLord's macro until the end was pretty good but he didn't get much value out of his micro. He just kept getting pounded time and again and lost so many units for little value.

@vargasmir01 What Hasu shows is that if you can replace the duties usually performed by a gang of Colossi with High Templars then you have a quicker supply route (warp-ins) and a very versatile small unit that can't be combatted with Vikings. Templars will become the hallmark of expert Protoss play, and Colossi-based deathballs not the only way to success - that's glancing into the metagame-future! :)

this game was awesome!! a few things i noticed were at about the 20min mark hasu did some kind of warp in or something in the lower right which looked moderately successful from the minimap and toward the end of the game xlord had 5 queens and no money to spend on the possible larva they, theoretically, were producing but he did not have amazing creep spread AND he had damaged broodlords in dire need of transfuse. showing that even these top top players have come nowhere near a skill-ceiling

@vargasmir01 It was a tough game, and I say that it all came down to a few well placed psi-storms. Love when that happens :D
