this trend is definitely hott this summer.
everyone thinks the only way they can get it is paying a HUGE amount at stores like urbanoutfitters, americanapparel, etc. I bought these levi jeans for about $4.00 at my local thriftstore and just cut them up (: Hope you enjoy!
