About your kidnapping sign on part 1- I saw this man at our hotel that saw my step-sister and I (( we are teens )) and walked across the parking lot. I was turning my head every couple of seconds because she was walking behind me and I wanted to give eye contact. I saw him from the corner of my eye with this pants dropped to his knee and I think he was peeing.
