Good 2B Alive Bike's For Children

This particular event was for Liv International (www.LivInternational.net) This was a two day training event that Team Zxoom, LLC Hosted for Liv International at The Green Valley Ranch Resort Casino Spa. (www.gvrstyle.com) At the end of the two days of training I facilitated a team building process with all the participants. The object was to build bicycles as a team. After each team (4 teams total) built their bike they wrote a letter to the child that they envisioned who was going to get the finished bike in the community. (I did not tell them that the children were waiting in the hall way to get the bikes...) So after they wrote a letter, to "Dear Free Rider", and talked about how fun it was to build that bike for him or her and how much they hope that he/she enjoys the bike, etc etc ...

I opened the door and in walks the inner city children who have no bikes. The children were from an organization called the, "Las Vegas Greater After School All Stars".
Each child was introduced to the team that built their bike with love and then each child got to take it home!
