I beat this mission as UEf in under 2 hours. It took me 13 minutes to get to tech 3. Thank You rushing.

You have as much time as you want to. All you have to do is destroy all of enemies stuff EXCEPT the mission objectives! You know that the map will expand if you finish your current mission, so DON'T finish it, instead build yourself up. You can win any given mission of the campaign with this other than the very few ones where you have a time limit.
