Porridge day! :D That's our equalent for it. By calendar it's Candle day.

Porridge day is women's holiday - must make porridge and drink red wine or berry vodka to keep cheeks blushy (in other words to have health for the rest of the year). For this day you need to have at least half of your reserves left or you won't last until next harvest. We celebrate candle day, too, with lots of candles on the window. If the day is clear and sunny, which it was, it will be good summer.
