buhari stated dat ''who is subsidizing who and wat he understands dat Nigerians should charge Nigerians is D cost of barrel and den D cost of transportation to D refinery, D cost of refining it and its cost at D pump. my question is why should D North hv a refinery when we are talking abt slashing D cost on transportation and product price.it wud hv bn a wise one if only D North had crude.am jst speaking frm an economic point of view.

I remember when he was in Government and prosecuting corrupt people Nigerians did not like it. Now heree we are long after he and Idiagbon (may his soul rest in perfect peace) left power.
