Hard to think I'm enjoying the Miata more than this car....
MODS:
510 Corrected RWHP, ported blower, SCT tuner, race valved struts, coilovers, caster camber plates, strut tower brace, race seats and MGW shifter. Lots of MM stuff, Delrin ctrl arm bushings, tubular ctrl arms, solid diff mnts, adj pinion angle, torsen diff, custom sway bars, adj end links, poly IRS bushings, diff brace and a lot more. The car had 275s Front/315s Rear on 17X9/17X10.5s. The Cobra was very well set up and very competent for a Mustang. The car is brutally fast (11.4 1/4mi) but can turn and stop. For a 3800lb car not much could keep up.

After watching this video I had to download this song. Great driving song IMO.
I auto-x my cobra for the first time this year. It was a blast. I would much rather do this than dragrace it. What do you have for suspension mods?

Dont get me wrong, I loved the Cobra and miss it. Its just the supercharged Miata is way more fun to drive at the AutoX and much faster. I had two FTDs with the Cobra in two years and had eleven the first year in the Miata. Watch the Miata Video called NESHOC FTD #8, watch how fast and hard I turn at 50 seconds into the video. It will be obvious how much more challenging the Miata is compared to the Cobra. The Cobra had crazy power and I have never been in anything like it. R-
