  • The Soprano section is really over riding the bottom parts. either that or they just have a very weak baratone section. But it is still vey good despite that :)

  • Yeah that was a problem with that particular chapter of the BLICE, but the reason for that was that there was too many sopranos. I forget how many were in the choir but they out numbered every other section that year.

  • My choir sang this at the final concert of the year to honor the seniors, I get choked up every time I think about that last goodbye, the year I graduated was especially emotional cuz our director was leaving as well.

  • I still have pictures of my friends and I saying our good byes after that concert, and I don't think there was a dry eye among one of us. I guess the long bus rides on a bus that had no AC in the middle of summer, and the long rehearsals really brings people together.

  • i can never sing this piece without tearing up! *sniff* such a beautiful song! my choir had to sing this at a funeral.

  • This particular choir I sang with always sang this song not only at the end of concerts but when we were leaving one city/country to go on to the next it always made me get choked up.

  • I was in the '95, '96, and '97 ICE and this song above all others leaves a permanent impression. I have performed this song many many times and each time I hear it, I'm back there at the at my first homecoming concert.

  • if youve ever been in BLFAC international choir this song will make you cry no matter how many years have passed

  • i love their seven-fold Amen

  • I was the in ICE 2005 and 2006 and we still do this song at the end of every concert and everytime time we leave. it is one very emotional song

  • I sang this song with the BLFAC international program years ago and it still gets me.
