some people say that it doesn't take 4 gys to do the beats they do but the thing about being 4 people doing one sort of simple beat is that you can do it for oh so much longer, cause if your doing drums, bass and vocals all on your own your mouth is gonna feel like a rubber chicken after a minute never mind 2-3 minutes, and thats their strength (crew 82)
