May I just say a few words. Anthony is legendary in the world of hypnosis, or at least amateur hypnosis because of his book, "Reality is Plastic." For all I know, this could be fake. But why? Why would someone capable of real and and such strong hypnosis fake it?

Logic seems to avoid some of your minds.

At the end of the magnetic hands test the 2nd girl on the right dropped her head a little too dramatically. Was she faking it? The girl next to her was nudging her too! Did you notice this and that was why you didn't choose her?

Hi guys I have beeen watching some hypno videos and like to say that´s a very instrutive one. Here with Anthony at play we can see all unconscious response.

Just Have a close look at what Anthony wrote. Hoe to choose the best subject to hypnotise. And wonder what is complety and parcial complience.

Take a close look and wonder why he has choose that girl that is in complete complience and not the one beside that is in I ´d say semi complience.

WTF kind of illogic is that? When I think "water pistol" I DO NOT think "attack"; I think water pistol.

That is why it is not useful as a test, but it is as an observation tool, an opportunity to see who is cabable, listening and prepared to engage their concentration and imagination. REM movement is useful but not necessary. This rapid induction works just as well as any other induction.

But it wouldn't be very helpful if almost everyone passes then won't it? What is the probability of finding someone that has REM movement? Like would there usually be 1 in every batch of 5 or so people? Is a very suggestible person required to be successful in doing the rapid induction you did in this video?

Although thesefinger and hand set peices are simple and 99% of people can pass them (which is why they are useless as tests) you can gain a lot of information by simply observing if those concerned follow your instructions. Things like them giving you REM movement or other physical signs of hypnosis are a bonus.

That is exactly why I did not choose her. The reason for going through this selection procedure is to find the best hypnotis candidate in that moment. Just being in a silly mood and wanting to play along is not what I am looking for.

Concentrating on what I am saying, following my instructions to the letter and achieveing the magnetic hands without faking is good - so is lots of REM movement.
