When I 1st saw that carton as a little tyke, I liked it. I thought he had a good power, self-transmutation--vesatile, but unlike the Molecule Man, limited enough that hero character and storywriter have to use some wits. How could I have understood people saying it's tasteless for coming out so soon after JFK was shot, apparently hinting we need a bulletproof national leader???

Personally, I would like to see Obama dressed in this costume...playing this theme song....as he enters Congress to make a State Of The Union speech...or, perhaps his successors wearing this at inauguration!

@BadNews88 in my opinion, the best part of Spy Shadow(which wasn't a bad-but not great-cartoon)was the shadow's voice provided by Ted Cassidy.......was rare to hear Cassidy speak in his "normal" voice, not trying to emulate a monster or an alien of some kind.........
