Why not save on accommodation by staying in a convent or a monastery. These days, thousands of them offer tourists cheap, clean, safe and well-located acccommodation. Especially in Europe and the UK - even in Australia!
im bored.. bored of the job.. money in the bank.. a plane ticket a waiting.. hopefully.. any advice on what to do there is not many friends willing to spend the money to travel but yet i shall be so keen..
U don't need back packing u can afford 5 stars. i travelled with my parents in 2000 and we spend about 3000 dollors for a trip of about 45 days. Euro was not there and we managed to do all in 800 pounds excluding meals.
Yeah... that would be cool except my friends are either broke students or don't have passports and aren't really into travelling. Hopefully when I go into full-time college for tourism I'll meet others with the same interest (whom along with me will also be broke).
