I used to do crazy shit behind a boat when I was a kid and even I know this is a horrible idea. Untrained drivers pulling untrained pilots, on flimsy mounted hanggliders capable of reaching 40+ feet, what could possibly go wrong?

Damn Nanny State attitude allows any such thing to be banned. This country is getting pathetic! Why not ban bacon and icecream etc., those things kill 10s of thousands every year.

no its because stupid people died because they raised kite tubes to like 40+ feet, and at that height if you dont land properly in teh water, you can be fucked...
