you will get food poisoning - never put cooked meat on the same board as raw meat! First rule in food hygiene.

@parley22 Do you remember your ancestors, when eating raw meat, right after hunting...
I was grown up in a village, with animals around me as a baby, and many things that you say... yuck, and never had any health issues, on the contary like you ...
So keep it dirty to live longer and better...

@tasis2 - Never tried it that way, but I'm sure that some lemon juice with garlic would be great.

I grilled a pork tri-tip just last night ..... I've never cut them in half though.

what's the brand of Magic Rub you used or did you make it yourself?

It is something that I make and sell. The rub works well on chicken and fish as well.
