Yea grizzlies dont normal hunt bison unless its a huge grizzly vs a not fully grown bison. Bison are too big and strong. Now a bear like a kodiak could definatly bring bison down. Kodiaks are MUCH bigger then grizzlies but they arnt in yellowstone at all.

Actually I did not state simply that they are omnivores because I wanted to stress the distinction between bears and other predators that are forced by nature to eat only meat, a distinction that apparently escapes your mental abilities.
