A test of the kodak Zi8 stabilizer v. 1.1steadycam ステディカム
As you can see, the stabilizer is all over the place...too light?
Also, used Quicktime Pro to stitch together a few clips. Took several tries to get it where it didn't pixelate at the edit points.

@evsynator I agree. We still have people posting their unboxing experiences with the Zi8! Who cares about that? The camera has been on the market for almost 2 years. Show us how it can be used.
